What size should I order?

In general, our articles have only 1 size, that is, they are one size fits all. However, there are exceptions, such as jeans, denim shorts and dungarees, which actually have several sizes available.

So that you can place your order smoothly without worrying about sizes, we provide the measurements (height, width from armhole and armhole to armhole) of each piece, explained in the description.

If it doesn't fit, can I exchange or return it?

Yes, you can exchange or return it within 15 days.

Can I exchange my order at a brand reseller?

No, given the fact that they are different entities and stocks.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your order by credit card, Mbway, Pay pal.

Shipments

What are the shipping times?

As a rule, national orders take about 24 working hours to be delivered and for Spain, between 48-72 working hours.

What are the shipping costs?

The cost of national shipments is 3.99€ and for Spain 5.99€.


Returns and Refunds

My order arrived damaged. How can I solve?

As soon as possible, we ask that you inform us of what happened via email to maitte.loja@maitte.pt. This email must contain a brief description of the defect in question, the respective reference and finally, one or two photographs of the defect. In any case, if it is not appropriate to send the requested photographs, we can carry out the necessary analysis at the factory, after it arrives.

Maïttè will analyze the defect and propose a resolution at its own discretion, which may involve replacement of the article, repair or another solution agreed with the customer.


How are refunds processed?

Refunds will be made via the same payment method as the purchase and processed within 15 working days.

How to return an order?

We ask that you fill in the form available with your order, with the requested information. After arranging the piece/s together with the completed form and the respective invoice, we ask that you send us the item/s you want to exchange/return (to the address indicated below) and we will try to respond to your request as briefly as possible.

Sustainability and Production

Where are the parts produced?

Our production is made between Portugal and India, and our design is 100% Portuguese.

Do you do any kind of reuse of materials?

Yes, we have several strands in terms of fabric reuse. From the surplus of rolls, cloth bags are produced, where we place our pieces individually. In this way, we reuse fabric, giving our customers one or more possibilities for using these same bags.

We also reuse pieces from previous collections. Being transformed and in turn giving rise to unique and exclusive pieces (only 1 piece of each is produced). These limited collections are available at certain times of the year.
